The Artists and Designers

Painting for me is the passionate action of response, a visual invocation of the subconscious. It is a moment-to-moment synthesis of experience and inward direction. I paint with an instinctive and improvisational emphasis on color and composition to explore the abstract space between the emotional and rational self. This awakening of the subconscious, as I see it, serves as both a starting point for and an intended outcome of my work. Working with a layered complexity of influences—my moods, past experiences, music and to a high degree, nature—and my own methodologies—building upon the language of abstraction—expressionist, lyrical, minimalist, and suprematist— I seek to channel the energized act of painting into a fresh form of discrete visual meditation.  Head designer at Bacio Home and Ocnarf Sairutsa.

Marko Ta Moko

Whilst travelling through New Zealand in 2006 on a spiritual journey, Marco Dal Maso absorbed and became fascinated by Ta Moko beliefs and culture. Meaning 'Tattoo' in the ancient Maori language, Ta Moko represented a person's achievements and their status in the tribe, and was considered a huge honour to have. On his return to Italy Dal Maso channelled his time, creatvtiy and feeling into creating the Marco Ta Moko collection, creating jewels that induce positive energy and reflect the connection between the past and the future.
