Returns and Exchanges:

If you purchased an item and you are not happy with your purchase, the item is refundable if returned within five (5) days of receipt. The item must be returned with its original packaging, in its original condition.

Exchanges can be made if the item to be exchanged is returned within 5 days.  All refunds will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Custom orders are final sale and are not exchangeable or refundable. All jewelry sales are final - no exchanges or returns.

Shipping and Handling:

We will ship out your purchased item within two days of completion of your purchase.  If the item, such as a painting or sculpture, requires special packaging, a delay in shipping might occur.  When applicable we will notify you of the tracking number for your purchase via e-mail.

We will determine the most secure and efficient method of shipping for your order.  We ship via the United States Postal Service, FedEX, or UPS depending on the nature and size of the item to be delivered.  Shipping and delivery costs are listed in the ordering page.



International Orders:

When ordering to be shipped internationally, you will be given an estimated shipping charge during the order process.  This is an ESTIMATE only and the final shipping cost will be determined when the item is ready for shipping.  Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes and duties applicable by the destination country.



Sales Tax:

All California orders will be charged the applicable California sales tax of 9.75%.  Orders from outside the State of California WILL NOT BE CHARGED SALES TAX.
